The Managing Partners of the firm have a combined experience of over 50 years and each started their careers as real estate managers. As such, their knowledge base is borne out of an operational understanding of commercial properties. Each has managed, leased, acquired, and sold assets in every class. They guide the company with a passion for the business and for developing people with a similar foundation.
Our Directors and Managers take the same approach to our service platform as any owner of commercial real estate. They are compensated in a program that is driven by bottom line performance. The result is a high level of commitment and proficiency in their respective functions.
Today The Heritage Group is comprised of two divisions, Capital Markets and Real Estate Services. Within our Capital Markets division, we are fully capable of underwriting, capitalizing, selling and/or acquiring any sized asset. The Real Estate Service division provides owner and occupier management and leasing services throughout California and globally. As we approach one of the most dynamic cycles in commercial real estate, The Heritage Group is prepared to address the challenges and reap rewards for our clients.

Charitable Giving
The Heritage Group maintains a culture that demonstrates a deep community commitment. For that reason, throughout the year, we contribute monetary gifts as well as volunteer service hours to organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, USD, SDSU, the University of California at Berkeley, Escondido Sunrise Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, and Voices for Children, in addition to several schools, athletic teams and other projects.
