SAN DIEGO – San Diego-based company, The Heritage Group, assisted Daniel R. Bond Separate Property Trust in purchasing a Chili’s Grill & Bar for $2,421,053 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Kyle Clark – senior director at The Heritage Group – represented the buyer, while Alvin Mansour of The Mansour Group represented the seller, GL ATC No 2, Ltd. The property was purchased as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange resulting from the sale of a local commercial property.
The building, located in the Alliance Town Center at 9201 Sage Meadow Trail, is currently occupied and operated by Chili’s Grill & Bar. The 6,097-square foot property was built in 2014 as a part of the larger, regional town center.
“In looking to diversify his portfolio, my client and I surveyed multiple retailers and markets for the right investment,” said Clark. “We were fortunate to find the opportunity to invest in a large, multi-dimensional development in the growing Ft. Worth retail market.”
