SAN DIEGO – The California Orthopaedic Institute (COI) of San Diego has signed a ten-year lease renewal; the total lease consideration is $5,014,967.24. COI has occupied a 15,360-square-foot area within the campus, located at 7485 Mission Valley Road, Suite A104, since 2007.
The practice includes offices for 8 physicians, 21 examination and treatment suites, an X-Ray and MRI facility, physical therapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation services, as well as an outpatient surgery center with 3 operating rooms, and a dedicated pain management suite.
Dan McCarthy and Kyle Clark of The Heritage Group represented California Orthopaedic Institute in the transaction. Jeffrey Diltz is the Portfolio Leader for the H.G. Fenton owned property.
