Craig has recently joined The Heritage Group as a Real Estate Manager. He brings with him over 8 years of diverse commercial and residential real estate experience within property and asset management, leasing, sales and analysis. In his role at Heritage, Craig is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial real property, maintaining good relations with clients and tenants, and helping to cultivate new business relationships within the San Diego and Phoenix metropolitan markets.

Prior to joining The Heritage Group, Craig managed nearly one million square feet of office and industrial property in Phoenix, Arizona. His real estate career began with Burnham Real Estate Services in San Diego where he advanced through their Career Development Program. In between, Craig founded his own company, which specialized in the acquisition, management and sale of single and multi-family residential properties.

Education and Affiliations
Craig has a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He also holds both a California and Arizona real estate broker’s license.

Personal
Craig and his wife Kati reside in Encinitas, CA with their lab, Brody and their cat, Cleopatra. He enjoys entertaining friends and family, sailing, skiing and has an appreciation for architecture and design.
