SAN DIEGO – The Heritage Group’s Kyle Clark and Dan McCarthy served as listing agents for Design Studio West (DSW) because they needed to relocate after the building in La Jolla, that they currently occupy, sold. The Heritage Group team was able to negotiate fair and favorable terms for both parties and facilitated the signing of a 62-month lease for 3,250 square feet at 4250 Morena Boulevard, Suite C in San Diego.
“DSW is a long-established company and welcome addition that complements the existing tenants in the building as well as tenants in adjacent buildings within the thriving Morena Design District,” said Kyle Clark.
The property was built with reinforced concrete in 1971 and benefits from easy access and visibility from Morena Boulevard and I-5. G. Wesley Harker Family Trust has been a long-time owner of the property. The tenant mix is design oriented and is a part of the Morena Design District.
The space will serve as an office and showroom for kitchen and bathroom design remodel studios. DSW’s recent merger with a highly respected construction firm will offer a full suite of integrated services that run the construction and design industries’ gamut, from initial concept to ultimate completion.
