Eric Scaff has twenty-two years of broad business management experience in corporate real estate, asset/property management, integrated facility management, acquisitions, investment analysis and market research. During his career he has held executive leadership roles in client consulting, property and facilities management, construction, and leasing disciplines of real estate. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Investment Advisor with Presidio Exchange Advisors in San Francisco.
Prior to his current position at The Heritage Group, Eric was Vice President of Johnson Controls Integrated Facilities Management division responsible for all business growth and client satisfaction for the US. Previous to this, he was Senior Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle responsible for the company`s South American property management and leasing activities located in Sao Paulo, Brazil and served as Portfolio Administrator for Shuwa Investment Corporation for a 10 million square foot portfolio of investment real estate. Eric has been a guest speaker at many real estate conferences and led the research for the Changing Nature of Work segment of the CoreNet Global 2010 initiative, which he presented at the CoreNet Global World Congress, May 2004, in Chicago, IL. This research examined how demographic conditions and worker styles will impact corporations in 2010.
Education and Affiliations
Eric holds a California real estate license, and Series 7 and 63 securities registration. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in City and Regional Planning.
Personal
Eric lives in Orinda, CA with his wife, Liza, and two sons. He enjoys spending most of his free time with his family doing outdoor activities, hiking, skiing and watching youth sports his children are in. When time permits, the family enjoys overseas travel. Eric also volunteers and participates in various civic activities in his community.
