SAN DIEGO – Sean Hickey DBA FITT University (FITT U) signed a 5-year, 3-month lease for $252,333.54 with Old Poway Village Center, LLC.

The 2,016-square-foot retail space is going to house licensed Physical Therapist, Sean Hickey, who is bringing a unique and comprehensive gym experience that will provide the foundation of knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle. FITT U will offer small group and one-on-one training sessions.

Kyle Clark, Lev Mizan and Dan McCarthy, all with The Heritage Group, represented the landlord and Poway-based tenant in the transaction.

Since the 2016 acquisition of Old Poway Village, The Heritage Group has been working to add tenants to the Poway neighborhood center with the community in mind. The San Diego-based commercial real estate management and investment company is actively working on several deals that will breathe new life and synergy into this center with a carefully thought tenant mix.

“FITT University will complement the unique blend of tenants we are bringing to Old Poway Village,” said Mizan. “They will bring value to the community at large and enhance the set of services available to patrons of the property.”
