Hethyr joined The Heritage Group in 2010. Her duties as Compliance Manager include the ongoing maintenance and implementation of the items included in the organization’s Policies and Procedures Manual, along with the upkeep and compliance of all company forms and documents.

Hethyr has been working in the real estate industry since 1991. She began her career in escrow and title insurance, eventually transitioning into commercial property management. Her duties as an Administrative Manager for Investment Development Services, Inc. included overseeing the administrative duties of the San Diego satellite office, as well as the administrative aspects of property management for approximately 1.5 million SF of commercial property (retail, office, and industrial). As an Assistant Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis, Inc., her duties included the direct daily site management of a 167,000 SF office building in Mission Valley and a 465,000 SF 24-story office building in downtown San Diego. Upon moving to Bend, Oregon in 2001, she returned to the title insurance industry as the Executive Assistant to the President of a large chain of title insurance companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Education and Affiliations
Hethyr attended Cuyamaca Community College and Gold Coast education, studying escrow, property management and real estate principals.

Personal
Hethyr currently resides in San Diego, California with her husband and three young sons. Her spare time is spent volunteering at her sons’ elementary school, and spending time with her family at her children’s sporting events.
