Mortgage Company Moves to Mercado Shopping Center

SAN DIEGO – America Choice Marketing recently signed a 30-month, $89,669.82 deal with Mercado Shopping Center, LLC to occupy a 1,249-square foot space at the center. Dan McCarthy, senior director at The Heritage Group, assisted in brokering the deal which commenced on December 1, 2016. The mortgage company is taking over a second-floor office suite – suite 201 – in the shopping center. San Diego Company Closes $1.45 Million Deal in Salt Lake City

SAN DIEGO – Local commercial real estate company, The Heritage Group, penetrated the Salt Lake City market by closing a $1.45 million deal. Fischbeck Family Trust, represented by Kyle Clark of the Heritage Group, purchased the single-tenant retail building housing Dollar Tree from Exchange Resources, Inc. The 8,326-square foot space is located at 477 North 300 West and is currently occupied by Dollar Tree, who has a long-term lease at the location. Point Loma Building Welcomes New Health and Wellness Tenant

SAN DIEGO – Tiewei Zhang, dba irelaxing Massage, signed a five-year retail net lease for $229,800 at 3020 Canon Street in Point Loma. Kyle Clark, senior director at The Heritage Group, represented both Zhang and the lessor, Sigal Capital, Inc. The Heritage Group is assisting irelaxing in its expansion to multiple markets throughout San Diego county.
