Santee City Council Approves Santee Station for Development

SANTEE, Calif. — The Santee City Council recently approved the Santee Station for the development of a 16,942-square-foot, four-building commercial center, located on 2.65 acres at 8866 North Magnolia Ave. in Santee. “This is a significant step in the ownership’s plans to develop this important site,” said Kyle Clark, senior director at The Heritage Group. “We have been working with the key tenants for 18 months to finalize a workable site plan and design. EL CAJON – Public Consulting Group recently signed a six-year, $4.658 million lease for a 30,000-square-foot space at 151 Van Houten Ave., El Cajon. Public Consulting Group is a management consulting firm based in Boston, Mass. with offices nationwide, as well as in Canada and Europe. SAN DIEGO – Sunset Waste Holdings LLC recently purchased the 29,718-square-foot Midway Village Shopping Center for $6.2 million.
