Troy Athletics, LLC signed a 36-month office lease in the city-owned Sports Arena Square for a total value of $168,393.72. SAN DIEGO – Rady Children’s Physician Management Services signed a $956,008.28 modified-gross office lease with lessor, Flores Family Trust. The two parties agreed to a 100-month term that will begin this summer.
