Point Loma Building Welcomes New Health and Wellness Tenant

SAN DIEGO – Tiewei Zhang, dba irelaxing Massage, signed a five-year retail net lease for $229,800 at 3020 Canon Street in Point Loma. Kyle Clark, senior director at The Heritage Group, represented both Zhang and the lessor, Sigal Capital, Inc. The Heritage Group is assisting irelaxing in its expansion to multiple markets throughout San Diego county. Their newest destination in Point Loma will replace a local community chiropractor and athletic rehabilitation therapist. Old Poway Village Leases Storefront Location to Bridal Retailer

Poway, Calif. – Bridal retail shop, Tour of Elegance has signed a five-year lease for $122,326 to occupy a 1,006-square foot retail space located at Old Poway Village, 14007 Midland Rd, Poway, CA 92064. Dan McCarthy and Kyle Clark, both senior directors at The Heritage Group, represented the lessor, Old Poway Village Center, LLC, in the deal. El Cajon Medical Building Sells For $3 Million

El Cajon –Sweetwater Plaza East, LLC and Fischbeck Family Trust sold the 15,193-square-foot two-building medical office complex at 250-260 E. Chase Avenue for $3.27 million. Kyle Clark, Senior Director of The Heritage Group, represented the Seller. The buyer, Thu Tran and Lisa Tran Trust, was represented by Jay Nelson of North Preston Properties. SAN DIEGO – Specialty diving and scuba retail store, Beyond Land Adventures, Inc. has signed a three year lease for $185,279 to occupy a 3,200 square foot retail space located at 3191 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, 92110. “The location for this specialized store is perfect, with easy access to major beaches, bays, and harbors directly north, west and south of the Sports Arena area,” said Kyle Clark, Senior Director at The Heritage Group. This transaction puts the retail center at 87% occupancy. Current tenants include Dunn Edwards Paints and Pet Kingdom.
