Old Poway Villages Adds Three New Tenants to Center Mix

SAN DIEGO – The Heritage Group brings new tenants to round out offerings at Old Poway Village.

Kyle Clark, Lev Mizan and Dan McCarthy, of The Heritage Group, represented the Lessor and Lessees in the transactions.

Ocean Retreat Nail Spa signed a 62-month lease for the 982-square-foot retail space for $118,869.36. The owners of the salon are relocating from Georgia and have 15 years of experience as nail technicians. The business will focus on pedicures and manicures, offer some esthetician services, and light massage. They plan to incorporate the colors and theme of the ocean into the space to create a calm and soothing environment for services, with state-of-the-art pedicure chairs and manicure tables.

Amor’s Goodies also signed a 62-month lease to occupy a 626-square-foot space for $129,511.08. The store is located next to Golden Spoon and plans to be a candy, sweets, and treats shop for the children in the area. This is the first location for the shop operated by Tony Gonzalez and Mayra Camacho.

San Diego Music Academy rounds out the list of new tenants to Old Poway Village with their new 62-month lease for the 812-square-foot space located on the backside of the building. The transaction was $100,877.76. The SD Music Academy will offer classical and jazz piano, voice, strings, and wind instrument training seven days a week.  The owners are bringing 15 years of experience teaching students from Colorado, and have performed at well-known venues across the nation.

These additions bring the center to 87 percent occupancy.
