SAN DIEGO – Cole Hanson of Temecula signed a 7-year NNN lease for $1,016,594.16 to open Self Made Training Facility in Oceanside.
Kyle Clark, Dan McCarthy and Lev Mizan of the Heritage Group represented both the Lessee and Lessor, San Diego-based Oaktree Investment Fund, LLC.
The 5,528-square-foot space is home to Hanson’s unique fitness concept that allows independent personal trainers to utilize the training space for their own clientele. The gym is expected to open in early August.
Self Made Traning Facility is located in a retail center at 4263 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside. The property currently hosts a number of restaurants, including the IHOP with the highest sales in North County. Owners are currently looking for additional retail uses that will complement the gym users.
“Due to the underground parking at the center, the owner was able to add another experiential retail use,” said Mizan. “Gyms and fitness centers are reliable tenants in the current retail climate.”
