SAN DIEGO – Vista Hill Foundation has signed a five-year lease to occupy 5,336 square feet on two floors at 3148 Midway Village in San Diego for $509,620. The lessor was Sunset Waste Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company. Associate Lev Mizan and Senior Directors of The Heritage Group, Dan McCarthy and Kyle Clark represented the lessor in the transaction, while Sarah Anane of NAI-San Diego represented the lessee.
“We are pleased to have brought Midway Plaza to 94.2% occupancy and add significant value for our client,” said Lessor Rep Kyle Clark.
Anchored by Taco Bell, Wings-n-Things and Tandoori Hut, Midway Village offers prominence on Midway Drive and benefits from high walkability and good transit.
The Vista Hill Foundation was founded in 1957 and has been expanding into a full continuum of acute and sub-acute private psychiatric services in San Diego and other markets as well as group homes, public sector services, partial day treatment and a specialty behavioral health HMO. This location will serve as administrative offices and provide group therapy sessions.
